Freedom of work and expression... No managerial pressure unless there is any deadline or escalation. Some projects give option of Work from Home. There is a handsome amount of leaves allotted per employee that they can apply from.

Cons

Hike and Appraisal ratings- no proper procedure followed Your project will decide your career, if challenging project then good else it is of no use to you 2 yrs Bond for freshers and 2 months notice period for resigning employees If you are into US overlap shifts then you will have no work-life balance
