      Pros

      Starting salary is acceptable, in line with bigger name firms, not to bad in this economy. Benefit package is okay. No much crazy hours.

      Cons

      -Poor communications from the upper management. Members have to actively seek for projects or have to go. - Very unclear career path, 13 year experience has the same title as a 3 year just doesn't make much sense - minimum or no trains for members.
