      Good company with a solid prospect for long-term growth. Good place for new college grads or people new to the IT/Software/Consulting fields to get experience. Relatively low-stress environment.

      Cons

      Most days seem more like staff augmentation than consulting. Help desk oriented contracts based to their proprietary software.

      Pros

      Very stable company, with long-term government contracts, good place for new college grads or people new to the IT/Software/Consulting fields to get experience. Relatively low-stress environment.

      Cons

      CGI doesn't seem too interested in cutting edge technologies or investing in its people for the long-term. Training opportunities are few and mostly half-hearted. Also doesn't seem to respect personal data of its employees, let someone walk off with payroll data and they sent the employees an email with everyone's salaries.
