      Pros

      It's a very welcoming atmosphere, you have the latest IT tools. All learning you need like LinkedIn or Coursera. Very good data teams and knowledge sharing. Health insurance and other perks.

      Cons

      You work with a client, so it's not like an office environment. You have to negotiate raise in salary constantly.
