      Office space is nice, view is impeccable.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, and let’s not speak about HR. No one helps you. Everyone is out for themselves. People create deals for their advantage.

      - Decent health benefits - Flexible work environment for non-producers/show teams and technical staff - Casual dress - Creative environment - Most people are very friendly and helpful

      Cons

      - Consistent change with little change management strategy - Lower pay scale for some positions - Lack of upskilling employees - little development opportunity - Higher ups make poor decisions without consulting Sr Directors - VP level - Heavily matrixed org -- hard to know who to go for what due to constant change and lack of communication - Never has been the same since Jeff Zucker left and they got rid of a lot of original programming
