Pros
Access to some of the latest technology as well as professionals working on the bleeding edge.
Cons
Management is abysmal. Digital has experienced a large amount of turnover and management hasn't been held accountable. I find myself trying to both get releases out the door while also having to manage the MULTIPLE managers I have to contend with on a daily basis. On top of that, the higher-ups claim that they're making an even greater investment into Digital (web/mobile), however, if they don't clean up and better organize their current managerial roster, what's the guarantee that the environment will actually improve?
