      Pros

      I enjoy the size of the team and the flexibility of our work schedules post-pandemic. The management staff also makes an effort to go above and beyond to ensure that we have the resources needed to excel.

      Cons

      I'd like to see more of an effort to build a stronger sense of camaraderie and interdepartmental connections.
