Dynamic work which is good for dynamic person. Worldwide contact from local and overseas. Reliable system which make work easier. Even management will reimburse transportation cost.

Cons

Low salary, low chance for promotion. Strong office politics. Sometimes you have to pretend everything is ok although senior staff doing bad or any mistake.
