Too much work for so little pay ..if the pay match the work load i would have no complaints

The people that you dealt with every day, both internally and externally, is what made the job enjoyable

Cons

The reorganization was stressful for all involved. Communication is always an important part of company culture and this was difficult to begin with and became even more difficult during the transition.
