Good salaries, frequent pay increases, bonuses.

Very bad organization between the departments leading to some to do the 60-70% of the company's work and the others to do far more less and avoid things under their jurisdiction. A certain degree of nepotism exists as well and leads to this bad organization. Absence of HR Department. Despite the daily and weekend shifts that were part of the job description the management does not offer more than one day off for the weekend shifts. No professional progress due to the company's horizontal structure.
