-got recruted based on my capabilitys and had a chance to prove it and got promoted in 6 months -fair and friendly work enviroment -helpful leaders and co-workers -verygood payment compaired to the salary avreage at the entery level in egypt

Cons

-slow-pace of promotions . -sometime we face issues between the diffrent departments in cooperation during some projects.
