1. Rigid culture 2. HOD and Managers are not good at what they are supposed to do 3. Apparently has CCTV Around to catch us using phones, snacking or just talking 4. Do not allow employees to take time off to go for a urgent health apt(less than 2H appointments) 5. Snacking at table if caught = warning 6. Do not focus on important things e.g. work related instead, nitpicks on stuff like snacking while working haha
