Cosco provides opportunities for those who are looking to get into the ocean freight / logistics industry. They tend to hire a lot of people who don't have a lot of experience.

Cons

In think the biggest downside to working at Cosco is that there is a dual power structure: American Management and Chinese Management. Trying to figure out who you actually report to can be a challenge.
