- Good work-life balance - Friendly people - People tend to stay a long time in the company - One of the largest companies in Brazil, backed by the largest utility company in the world

Cons

- Very bad office politics circumvent every single decision within the company - Corporate governance was heavy as one would expect from a large traditional utility, but now is also extremely confusing, since the acquisition by State Grid - Lack of a clear career plan and a culture of almost no formal feedback - Some people are rewarded not due to performance, but due to good relationships with managers or to time in the company - Total comp below par - Benefits are ok and do not compensate for lower salary

The benefits are amazing (medics, hospitals, dentists), private insurance plan, private pension. A lot of new technology

Cons

There are any kind of career plan for you, just if you is a personal friend of your future manager, maybe you can get some position but in a long term. The speech is different from the reality.

It has a good Work environment, the company also supports sustainability initiatives to maintain the environment. It has a well defined hierarchy and daily safety talks.

Cons

The company has a slow process of evaluation of employees. The goals were only visited once a year. Due to the slow process a high turn over takes place.
