      Big and leading company in EDA. Nice environment and people are very friendly.

      The bay area is very expensive. Commute to the job is very bad but the company is very nice.

      Everyone is very hard working and coworkers are generally respectable.

      Cons

      There's a lot of internal politics going on. The environment can best be described as hostile and run a bit like a military training camp. Lots of turnover at the top, which means you can never feel stable in your job.
