Pros
The working environment is nice, there are some social events, and you can work on pretty interesting problems (depending on the team you're on)
Cons
Depending on the team there may not be much training given, which can make things slightly more difficult if you're coming in at entry level. The training materials for learning the tools and tech are not good. Poor pay rises across the board for the past couple of years, and various negative internal changes made to how people are paid.
