Pros
Good canteen with good food. Management tries well to make all the facilities. Flexible working time . But lot of work
Cons
I have been working with new PCB product development team in Noida almost 6 years. Utterly terrible manager and product. Cadence never developed new products themselves. They buy some well developed tools and maintain with rebranding. So most of these old Architects and directors are literally terrible in high level skills. These old folks fear lot for young people with skill and passion and never allow to express their skills. My suggestion to people with high level of skill and passion do not join in this company. They will slowly destroy the passion and skill and make as total dump.
