      The Cadence Way

      Pros

      Good products and limited competition = good results in spite of bumbling field sales and management.

      Cons

      I first heard the phrase "the Cadence way" not long after I started. This was not meant as a positive. The Cadence way is the opposite of logic and common sense. Q: Should we implement automated processes using systems that we are paying for OR waste time manually fumbling for information? A: Waste time, it's the Cadence way.

      Pros

      Pretty much good work life balance. Cadence provides remote to many including myself. Lots of recharge days and holidays. Flexible leave policies. Manager is good.

      Cons

      Low compensation compare to other similar market. Career growth is limited. If you’re planning to retire in few years then move to Cadence before retirement.
