Cons

Work schedule is too flexible, my manager suggested me to work less Very limited potential for professional development, if you have sufficient knowledge, you will be encouraged to focus on some narrow area. This can be good choice for freshers to obtain initial knowledge or for very senior people. For the rest, being a focused specialist creates a significant risk of loosing any career or salary potential in case of lay-off. I would recommend to avoid this company or at least agree with a manager on the exact type of work and career path prior to employment. If you want to take rest for couple of years, this a good choice though.

Pros

- starting salary is good if you are a BTech grad from a premier institute - good friendly team members (if you're lucky) - leave policy is good - food is good (though paid) - if your manager is good, you will have a good time

Cons

- DO NOT JOIN if you want to remain in soft developer field, you'll be working on age old technologies and will remain restricted only to your tool - work is all about electronics tools , which might not interest a soft professional - most of the managers are here from their birth I guess, they know literally nothing about the outside world tech, and would expect the same out of you - micromanaging to the core and WFH is a curse here, they will call you anytime after office hours/weekends and expect you to work - no flexibility for a team change/ internal openings - manager will overcommit with unrealistic deadlines and make engineers overwork, expect to work from 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week - no growth rate, mundane cadence specific work - managers have too much power regarding you hike - transport and food is not free
