Pros
Great view across the industry, get to visit lots of different teams across the industry and see which ones would be fun to work for, who is innovating, who is just trying to get the next design out of the door.
Cons
Politics, Cadence is made up of many acquisitions and they don't all integrate well so this leads to competing internal teams. There are too many people not actually contributing but creating a lot of meetings.
