      work-life balance is amazing. 8.30 AM - 5 PM work timings are simply great and difficult to leave.

      Management is really bad. They need to improve a lot.

      Pros

      Some of the best technical people in the industry. Other than that, I can't think of anything worth working at Cadence.

      Cons

      Witnessed several rounds of layoffs, and constant change of management, I feel the company is going no where. There are a lot of internal politics.
