      good work-life balance, good for people who just want to settle and relax

      Cons

      For NOIDA location, not a good place to start your career if from electrical background. Situation is better for CS guys. They do not maintain standards in their work. definitely very less to learn here.

      Good product with fair compensation.

      Cons

      Bad management, some manager treat employee as slave. HR is scare about technical manager and behaves as an agent of management, never listen employee. Some manager are typical Indian corrupt politician with full of nepotism.
