      1. Work-life balance maintained on an average period of time. 1-2 weeks of stretch in work over a quarter is possible 2. Great team and members. You will love to work with such understanding people 3. Pay scale is good. Non-monetary benefits are great too 4. During COVID, the company has taken really great care of its employees starting from giving extra holidays to all, to stipend for home office setup to maintaining database of COVID related contacts and updating it daily twice at least.

      I have not found any disadvantages in the 2 years I have been working here. Will update if I see any
