      Cadence not only has great Technology, People, Culture but also great senior management, who care about the employees who work there. They care about the individual person and that they are happy in the workplace

      Cons

      There are no major downsides that I have seen so far in my 3 months here, I would however like to see more vacation time available like other bay area companies.
