      1. it has very simple people relation ship if you are only an engineer. 2. the colleges there are very easy to communicate, and can learn a lot from others.

      1. when you goes higher, there are will be some politics, that also could be normal for all the companies as I know. 2. the techniques is a little bit narrow/deep to specific field.

      People across the company are intelligent and fun to work with. Everyone I've come partnered with is extremely knowledgeable of their area and wants to do what's best for Cadence.

      Cadence can be bureaucratic at times, which can lead to feeling that decisions aren't made fast enough.
