      Pros

      I am challenged in exciting ways in my work. I work with quality engineers, and am provided with excellent resources. Pay is generhous, management is very flexible with time off and very hands off in style, yet expectations are clear - and high! JHigh in a good way, brings the challenge I've been missing in my career for a number of years prior to this job.

      Cons

      Hmmmmm, for working for someone else (i.e. not owning my own business) I think this is about as good as it gets for me in this industry. It's pretty darn good! Maybe I'm still in the "honeymoon phase" having only been with Cadence for 5 months now, but I don't think so.

      Pros

      Good working environment for all kinds of people. No matter you're a hard-worker or you're looking for a work/life balance, you can find a comfortable life style here.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for promotion. People usually stay with where they started for many years and have to wait for 4~5 years to get one level upgrade.

      Feel at home in the office

      Pros

      I've worked as a product validation intern and then engineer at Cadence's Rosh-Ha'ain offices in Israel, in the product validation team for the Specman product. Everyone were nice and welcoming, there's a fully stacked kitchen and coffee rooms available at all times, the management is very flexible and Wednesdays are work-from-home days. For those who stay after the internship, there are usually promotion opportunities to other PV/Engineering positions.

      Can't really think of one, except the location...
