      Good place to work. Great work life balance. Opportunities to work on exciting new projects. Enthusiasm at the executive level about growth and company potential

      Very little opportunity to advance up the ladder. A lot of dead weight in the staff whose poor performance is tolerated year after year With absolutely no repercussions.
