      Chance to work with expert colleagues. travel and see many customers and how they perform. work on wide variety of topics and learn. job security is relatively good. decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Company always claims to be doing great while keep cutting budget more and more. inexplicable emphasis in the "Great Place To Work" motto while no attempt to really meet any of the criteria. salary not competitive. politics influences decisions. serious quality issues.
