      Too much politics and internal overhead

      Pros

      One of the leading EDA company. Chance to move around and get exposed to different areas. Some good people to work with within the company. Some good customers to work with. First to come up with solution for new features and try it out.

      Cons

      Internal politics at manager level and above. Too many overhead because of the politics. Only few people are actually working and making the difference. Recognition is not given to the right people because of politics and internal relations.
