      Cadence - A Mixed Bag

      Pros

      - Good compensation and benefit package. - Good opportunities for career advancement. - Lot of flexibility to work from home and remote.

      Cons

      - Management is not very savvy and technical. - They appear to be looking at taking the money and run. - Communication from executives is minimal. - The stock options have been always under water and the restricted stock options are a joke. - R&D is treated poorly in comparison to sales and marketing in terms of compensation and having monthly parties.
