wonderful place to work. great team, sincere workers and a wonderful location. san jose is beautiful and i love staying here with my friends and teammates.

Cons

not many cons to be honest. the project we work on are very interesting and sometimes quite hectic. but the management takes good care of its employees.

1. work life balance is okay 2. If your manager is good person then you will have a good time . But there are no learning opportunity . Only EDA specific work is there.

Cons

1. Managers don't care about you and your growth and only thing they worry about to show upper management that they are doing all the work .They never give you credit for your work . 2. Mangers have too much power.Your hike and performance all in their hands. HRpeople only listen to them 3. If you are not software developer then don't even think about to join this place . Work and salary hike is very pathetic for validation people.

Cadence has the policy of decide discuss and debate policy that encourages active participation of all team members in product development. The workplace is quite friendly and there are always people to help

Cons

One must choose their team carefully as some of the products may be stationary and it gets boring.
