      No Pros...there is a coffee machine, does it counts?

      Cons

      Pretty bad salaries, paid partially as insurance to avoid taxation for the company. typical consultant firm that overloads you and pays worst possible.

      Good company to work for

      Pros

      - Good benefits pack - Good support in your daily basis - Work autonomy - Hybrid work model - home office (two days per week) and at the office (3 days per week) - If you need some kind of help, they try to provide you. Not that you'll end up getting it, but they try.

      Cons

      - Below average payment - Management somewhat distant - A lots of subcontractors (Capgemini owns various company) which gets confusing some times (I have 4 emails accounts, teams accounts - it's a lot to catch up on daily work) - A lot of departments that gives you conflict information - like should I consider the Christmas's eve as vacation (discount on my vacation days) or as a benefit that adds to my vacations days. No ones til today gives me a final answer.
