      Strong benefits. Generally friendly people. Excellent facilities. Strong company with aggressive and attainable goals

      Cons

      Ratings/bonuses and opportunities tied to performance too reliant on manager persuading other managers to put their worker ahead of their workers. Time squeeze on several managers; tied to work from home.

      I worked in a call center professional but laid back as a phone banker

      Pros

      They have really great benefits and allow you to bonus up to $1000 every month, every one there is really nice, friendly, cafeteria is great, and the job may seem overwhelming in training but once on the floor it is a cake walk.

      Cons

      Shift bids for the shift you wanted was slightly unfair. They are done twice a year and based on quality score for your calls & your are ranked in the entire call center. I was out on maternity leave and had no scores so i was in dead last place for the bid on shifts. i got a terrible shift 3pm-12am.

      They will get rid of you after a certain age

      some flexibility to work from home, depending on the manager and department, fairly good benefits, salary

      Cons

      inexperienced people promoted to management, lots of young people and they will "clean house" and get rid of people of a certain age (40+) although they claim that's not the case and you will be hard pressed to prove it.
