      Career Opportunities, Open Culture, Work/Life Balance, and a very collaborative culture!

      Cons

      Depending on your role, your day could be filled with meetings and presentations. Sometimes the culture is too collaborative and it is hard to get anything done unless its scheduled in a meeting environment.

      OK pay Benefits Great cafeteria Company plans for the future

      Cons

      OK pay, not great. Barely a living wage. Aetna health insurance doesn't cover anything Upper Management doesn't connect with employees very well Management is making an effort to hire new people and get rid of older employees who have been there for 10+ years. High stress environment Minimal resources for mental health.
