Great Managers, Pay for Performance, Exellent Benefits

Managers are here for employee's, Great Benefit's, 401K with match, vacations, holidays, etc. Wish I was able to stay longer, but Company is leaving my town.

Cons

Tough to get into, have to know someone or be bought by another company. If they aquire your company, not quite treated like "family" for quite some time.
