Bright, smart people and plenty of learning opportunities. Management listens to your ideas. Great campus, nice facilities, flexible working environment. Not very political

Cons

Becomes very bureacratic once you need to implement your ideas. Performance management means to be scientific but often is based on subjective perceptions

Pros

Good decision making by C level executives to save the company twice in the last 10 years through MOU and the great recession.

Cons

Emphasis on cost saving resulted in large numbers of inexperienced hires. No career advancement without brown nosing. Highly political environment -good old boys club - no good for minority/foreigners.
