      Great benefits, Extensive training for those who don't have previous banking experience

      Cons

      Salary very low HR Very unflexible They don't look at your resume they just place you in a branch and cannot transfer to another branch.

      It is a very familial atmosphere, and everyone is very supportive. It is also a place where feedback is important and recognition is abundant. It is sometimes a fun place to work.

      Cons

      It has changed in the past few years with the acquisition of banks. It has become more professional, and less fun. It also can be very time demanding. And there is a lot of politics in play at times.

      Pros

      Good benefits, comp, Richmond is cheap and easy to navigate as well as a lot of fun. Cap One has a great campus and tons of young people.

      Cons

      Its a huge company so standing out, even if you are a rock star, can be tough. Make sure you get in good with your manager and take advantage of all the activities they plan.
