      Pros

      One of the biggest pros is that I get to work with so many great people from such diverse backgrounds. A very high quality work force! The work environment is also excellent, more like a campus atmosphere.

      Cons

      Success here depends on building a strong network wihin and across departments. That is not a bad thing, but it does create a pretty big challenge for new hires.

      Collaborative Culture Flat -no hierarchy Good pay Onsite Fitness Center and healthy food options Excellent Benefits and Training Good Maternity Benefits

      Cons

      Culture is more of working from office(at least at Plano location), allows less flexibility for working from home. You might feel left behind if you work off-site.
