      Great pay and I got 7 weeks off for vacation

      1. Micro manage the **** out of you 2. Poor work life balance 3. Recent lay offs 4. I was one of the top bankers and couldn't even get a courtesy interview for another internal job i posted for

      Pros

      Plenty of room for advancement,mostly positive atmosphere. Their emphasis on customer service lately,has improved the customer experience and a happy customer is a happy employee.

      Cons

      Senior management is using a model that ,in my opinion is not going to be successful in the long term.The recent decision to lay off Branch Assistant Managers was shortsighted. Customers want someone to turn to when the Branch Manager is absent and a Relationship Banker will not do in alot of instances.

      None at this time, cant think of anything that is wrong. The job is fun, people are great and there is opportunity for growth

      Cons

      No downsides. Some people can work from home and others are not able to. . It all depends on the type of work you are doing.
