      Don’t be fooled by exterior of a rotten culture.

      Pros

      Fancy buildings and work environment hide the true culture of this place. It’s nice to have a great cafeteria, snack room, game rooms, free gadgets, and a corporate card that seems unlimited.

      Cons

      I left a Big 4 consulting company to go to Capital One and was severely disappointed. The culture here is rotten but they throw the superficial perks to entice talent.

      + You can find free food on campus if you look + You can wear whatever you want + Benefits are pretty good

      Cons

      + Company doesn't understand agile or how to utilize it. This will leave you frustrated and could potentially jade you. + Company will underpay you for your work - your work isn't valued or paid for by anyone with real power + If you're good at your job, you will be overloaded and not compensated (see above) + Depending on LOB, you could have a good role or you could hate your job. + Job description and expectations are not aligned - you will be frustrated. + This is a bank - this is not a tech company. Expect to be treated as a peon who must say yes or be outcast by those who do your performance.
