Pros

- The Frontline is extremely cooperative and hardworking, definitely made my experience memorable

Cons

- Opportunities exist if you look like the rest of Management - The only "diversity" seems to be in the Frontline and supervisory positions

Pros

Global opportunities - once you reach a certain level.

Cons

Lots of talk, with little walking the walk, unless an employee works in Minneapolis (The Capital District). Definitely preferential treatment for Kool-aid drinkers.
