      Good company but lots of changes, some not good.

      Pros

      Large company with many opportunities. Good ethics and company vision. Lots of learning opportunities. A lot of good people to work with.

      Cons

      Some of the changes that are happening are affecting the employees in a negative way. Outsourcing many functions overseas and are losing the extra touch needed to take care of the employees. The drive for change for the sake of change has overshadowed the experienced insight into the businesses we participate in resulting in revisiting poor ideas that have already been discounted in the recent past. Company resources are being used on the wrong efforts resulting in poor performance and upset customers in certain areas.

      Pros

      Some of the staff get along and the building has air conditioning...that's about it.

      Cons

      Work/Life Balance is abysmal, Top site management often plays favorites with their pet-employees. Mid-level site management is relatively inexperienced and overworked. Executive management is out of touch with the true work conditions in the office. The overall feel of management's work practice is to rule-by-fear. Nepotism runs rampant. Lots of clique-like behavior.
