Pros

Average salary and benefits, odontologic and health insurance, life insurance, Gympass.

Cons

I have worked for Trade Execution division in Cargill and these are my considerations: Poor management and growth opportunities: in my experience I could see very reactive leadership, people who were stuck in the same position for several years even though they were constantly involved in important projects and responsibilities, and I could also see junior analysts doing full analyst tasks and projects without recognition. I could also notice a very poor feedback culture, low meal ticket and inflexible hybrid regime (2 work-from-home days that were decided by the company). Besides that, senior management ignores feedbacks and employees needs. Does not worth your mental health.
