      Very lucrative company. You can advance if you are willing to put in the work, but they have poor leadership.

      Pros

      Growth and advancement opportunities. Paid holidays and vacations. You can learn a lot. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Poor management. Management form cliques and as long as you're part of the clique, you are treated differently than others and get promoted quicker. No accountability. Management is title driven. Speak poorly to direct reports.

      Strong financially. Training opportunities were always available.

      Cons

      They clearly lost courage and vision by outsourcing IT to TCS. Not the place to work if your contributions are in the IT field. They do not look to IT any longer as a means to create value or competitive advantage.

      Good ethical company, volunteer opportunities, global experience

      Cons

      IT is seen as overhead and the business units do not feel IT is responsive. As a result, all IT infrastructure is being eliminated and they will be using managed services.
