Business Outlook
Pros
Despite recent layoffs, Cargill feels stable. In the years I've spent here, I've seen a focus on long-term investments. This is very different from my time at public companies who made decisions on a more short-sighted timeline.
Cons
Large and complex company. Hard to get visibility into what other businesses are working on. Career pathing is mostly up to each individual and can be hard to navigate with all the different busniesses.
