Pros
High integrity and strong values. Cargill's "guiding principles" describe guide of conduct how to do business. Many companies should emulate. Great people
Cons
Too much bureaucracy, too heavy and long processes making us miss opportunities. Have become too short-term focused e.g. overvaluing next quarter earnings although it is a private company. That made the company focus too much on the easiest way of cost reduction: freeze capex and fire employees
