Business Outlook
Pros
Extremely family oriented company. Everyone was extremely welcoming and always willing to help, which is nice coming in as an intern. Great pay, great people, great experience. If you're looking for an internship that will truly challenge you, not just one where you'll deliver mail and be at somebody's beck and call, than this company is for you. I was assigned my own project and was highly successful. I was offered a full time job, however, I declined as the location/opportunity wasn't right for me.
Cons
Locations can be in the middle of nowhere since it's an Ag company so you'll need to be okay with that. Typically you won't get the jobs in the "preferable" locations until you've worked your way up.
