      Very poor leadership & strategic planning in IT. Look to other large corporates for a better career opportunity.

      Pros

      Used to be viewed as a company with high integrity, commitment to people, and great opportunity for advancement. I don't believe the past profile can carry the company. If the company can turn around- it might be back to 'good' in 3-5 years

      Cons

      Poor leadership and direction in IT causes peers to compete for 'turf'. No recognition of talent or leveraging key skills on individuals. Company is missing out on huge market opportunities because only focus is cost. Look to other local corporates and see how they are competing to win in a tough AG market. Bring in new Top level IT leadership with solid industry experience.

      Good relationships at lower levels of the company, good people

      new CFO is terrible, has become a company that doesn't care about people from top down, only cares about bottom line at all costs

      Pros

      Large multinational company with lots of opportunity. They do a lot to help the communities where they are located. A lot of good people to work with who have years of experience.

      Cons

      Too much change going on and they aren't willing to invest the appropriate resources so the burden falls on the remaining employees. Very low engagement and poor leadership in some key areas.
