Pros

Management in the research development is terrible. No proper guidance and a very unfriendly environment to work in. Unhelpful and felt their was blatant discrimination towards people of color. Especially coming from the head of the biology team. Please avoid working if you can especially if you’re a poc.

Cons

No pros awful place to be.

Pros

Stable job with regular benefits. If you work in corporate or with the administrative staff or in food safety you'll be fine. If not good luck.

Cons

Don't work there for too long. They do not care about you. They talk to you like if you need to die right there. Corporate is an exclusive club, only they matter to them. The manager favorite slogan is "Everybody is replaceable". A lot of sick people for the repetitive work, injuries, etc.
