The company has a history of long-service employees (20-25 years) but under the circumstances I'd expect the reputation of Cargill as a longitudinal employer is fading. Also, compensation is capped at the 75th percentile of your market value according to HR/Talent assessment because the company has a total compensation philosophy (benefits etc. comprise the delta).
